At St. John we are developing a formal "learning community" approach to our technology professional development. I have a link to our initial overview (philosophy, goals, etc), meeting planner, and session "exit cards." Would anyone be willing to check it out and give me some feedback on it?
This is our first attempt at setting up any type of
formal learning community. Our first sessions are today.
The one major piece I haven't gone into detail about is the way we will digitally track our collective learning. That will most likely be on our school wiki site:

Haven't wanted to scare any of our staff away quite yet :-)
Am I missing anything there? Does the format lend itself to being differentiated with teachers? Improvements? Things to consider?
