- Gail - I'm intrigued by something in the background of your picture. Do I see a Mac Classic on that top shelf? That is great! Several years back, I started to write my doctoral dissertation on a Mac Classic, just as a statement against the "new is better" or "technology as fashion" ideas that seems to dominate society today. Unfortunately, some of the formatting was too much for me and I sold out :-).

With your work in Ed Technology, I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based platforms, have a bunch of features and free basic service.
