Hey there Josh,
You can use Spiceworks as I have used an earlier version of this at another school I taught at. However, we are currently using a program called SysAid - http://www.ilient.com/ that is quite good too!

Lots of people at the NE Tech. Coord. meeting last week had good things to say about Spiceworks.
