Technology in Lutheran Schools

I recently read a great article: Move beyond index cards: 12 ways to organize information online at http://teachclever.com/2007/07/10/move-beyond-index-cards-12-ways-t...
My problem is that these sites all require creating user accounts with email addresses. I'm looking for a way to allow 25+ students to have their own accounts without giving 25 email addresses.
Am I dreaming or does someone have an idea?

I use wikispaces. You do not have to have an e-mail for each student. I just have a user name and a password.

Another shout out for Wikispaces....or any wiki for that matter! We had many students successfully use our Wikispaces account last year for tracking sources and keeping "notecards" online.
Wikispaces does require a password if you sign up with a regular acct. But if you email them and let them know you are a teacher, they will create the students without an email (That is at least the story I got last year :-)

Does Zoho require a unique email address for each user??

From Wikispaces:

5. Is there an easy way to create accounts for all of my students?

Sure - if you don't want your students to have to create accounts themselves, just email help@wikispaces.com with a list of usernames, email addresses (if you have them - if you don't just leave them out), and passwords in the following format and we'll create the accounts for you.

user1,email1@address.com,password1
user2,email2@address.com,password2
user3,email3@address.com,password3

2 thoughts... first of all, the suggestions below are great... but maybe step one should be getting your students an email address... Google Apps for Education offers free domain email hosting for schools... basically branded gmail accounts... very, very cool...

I saw this in a post at Instructify

If you have a Gmail account you can add a + and a tag after it and it will still sent the email to your account.

For example if my Gmail account is lutheranteacher@gmail.com I can do the following: lutheranteacher+Sam@gmail.com, lutheranteacher+Sally@gmail.com, etc. Check out the original post, they explain it much more clearly.
